TDI Race Turbo

We are currently testing a new Hybrid turbo which we have developed in conjunction with a well known turbo company.
These turbos will be available exclusively through ourselves and is based on our experience with our rally diesel fabia.
This is a huge step up from standard hybrids offered in the industry with 300bhp potential.
The idea is to provide a full race spec turbo which can withstand 2.2 bar boost in race application and provides top end power
but still with enough low down torque to be used daily.

ITG Air filters

After searching for an airfilter supplier for our 997 turbo porsche demonstrator we have finally teamed up with ITG airfilters to supply us with uprated filters for all applications. Recent press claims stating over 20bhp improvement on some VAG turbo applications drew our attention and ITG has backed this up with an intake system for testing. We have a test car currently and will be offering a 300bhp conversion on K04 turboed cars with the intake system as part of our stage 3 package.
Full range of filters available with most common applications in stock. Contact for price!

The goal is an 80% reduction in diesel particulate (soot) emissions but the technology's not without problems – We are regularly asked to force regeneration on  cars with the particulate filter warning light illuminated (indicates a partial blockage). It's clear that changes to driving style may be required too for maximum benefit from these systems. How do they work? Diesel Particulate filters (DPF) or 'traps' do just that, they catch bits of soot in the exhaust.
